Washed out: Senior Kickoff has been pushed to next week

The widely anticipated Senior Kickoff, will be kicked back by a week as the first rainstorm of the season hits L.A. Large puddles, heavy rain, lots of mud, and drainage problems would have made it miserable for seniors to attend.

Drippy: The first rainstorm of the season caused drainage problems, deep puddles, and lots of mud which would’ve made for a miserable event

Senior Kickoff was originally set to take place on Oct. 25, has now been moved to Nov. 2 due to inclement weather.

Senior Board President, Naomi Lee, stated: “Although it isn’t going to be raining , the field will most likely be wet and we wanted to ensure the best conditions for this event.”

The event will still take place during periods five and six, but it will be postponed until the following week.
