As the seniors prepare to graduate, it’s important that they finish strong. Armando Pacheco is a performing arts senior at Van Nuys High School with many responsibilities that he is balancing. Each day, he learns how to balance school work and dance, while also making sure he takes time for himself.

For 2nd period, Armando heads to the Magnet Office as a teacher assistant for Ms. Araña.

Armando answers calls and takes notes for Ms. Araña during his 2nd period, building management and communication skills.

Armando is able to find a quiet spot to read and study before the quad is filled with students for lunch.

During lunch, Armando takes a break and catches up on messages he may have missed from friends and family during his classes.

After lunch, Armando heads to Ms. Hula’s room to assistant during 3rd period, organizing her desk and any costumes that may need sorting.
