CSUN’s virtual engineering event approaching

The California State University, Northridge American Society of Civil Engineers will be hosting a virtual event for high school students interested in engineering.

The California State University, Northridge American Society of Civil Engineers (CSUN ASCE) is hosting a virtual event for high school students interested in pursuing engineering on Tuesday, Sept. 22 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from engineering students from schools across California who will answer questions about various engineering disciplines such as Architectural, Biomechanical and Geotechnical.

Panelists will discuss what a career in engineering entails including college, internships and employment.

The event will also include a presentation from a professional engineer.

Students interested in attending the event must fill out a form to secure their spot and receive a Zoom meeting ID.
