GIRLS SOFTBALL: Batting struggles led to the Wolves downfall
Arianna Rodriguez | Sports Writer
March 2, 2018
The Girls Softball Team visited Arleta High School on Thursday, Mar.1.
Van Nuys had a sluggish performance on the offensive end. The Wolves were unable to swing at the incoming fast and curve balls and were often receiving strikes. The outfield was unable to anticipate the ball, as the Mustangs had multiple singles and doubles. With the opponents occupying the bases constantly, it allowed Arleta to constantly score and thus a victory.
Final Score: 11-0
NEXT GAME: Van Nuys vs Fulton on Thursday, Mar.8.
