What’s Next | After the devastating loss, the team is hoping to make a comeback in their next game, which will be against the Northridge Academy Pumas on Friday, Aug. 8, at home.
Team thoughts | “I think today’s game went terribly for us, losing against a team we defeated twice last year. I hope that our practicing will pay off, and we will play better for the remainder of the season,” said varsity captain, Adrienne Mita.
Our thoughts | The team played an adequate game, holding their ground against the Regents. Although they lost, there has definitely been some improvement in their offense and defense. With more practice during the season, they will have end the season with a solid record in their division.
