On Friday, June 10, the class of 2022 finally graduates on the football field at 7 p.m. Before they received their diplomas, they heard speeches from the valedictorians, the LAUSD superintendent and the principal as well as receive some awards.

After quarantine and an entire year of anticipation, class of 2022 finally graduates on Friday, June 10, at 7 P.M.
It took place on the football field at sundown.
Graduating students and visitors listened to speeches by the LAUSD superintendent, valedictorians and the principal. Some students also received awards.
At the end of graduation, every graduating senior was called by name to receive their diploma and shake the principal’s hand.
Students were overtaken by joy and accomplishment that some danced, jumped, yelled, cheered and more.
To finish off graduation, each graduate on the field threw their caps into the air and hugged friends and family as fireworks went off.
