GIRLS TENNIS: The Wolves sweep the Spartans in dominating fashion
The Van Nuys Girl’s Tennis Team pummeled the Sylmar Spartans on Thursday, Oct. 5.
The Wolves stroke with their powerful serves and shaved off numerous aces from the Spartans. With their forehands and backhands in stride, the Wolves overwhelmed Sylmar throughout all the matches.
“I felt the Varsity Girls were well prepared for the game due to their dedication after school. The girls are correcting their mistakes and improving their strengths with each practice and game. I hope we continue this winning streak,” Captain Nithya Ravichandran said.
Final Score : Van Nuys (4-0) in single matches, (3-0) in double matches.
