Reconstructing LAUSD

LAUSD Superintendent Austin Beutner’s plan might break the second largest school district in the country into 32 networks.

A confidential plan by LAUSD Superintendent Austin Beutner to decentralize the district was leaked to the LA Times. The proposal, which involves creating 32 networks, has been met with opposition from UTLA.
