Aliyah Hernandez, a freshman, is a writer for the News & Features section for The Mirror, the award-winning student newspaper and website at Van Nuys High School in Los Angeles. She likes to play soccer at her house, watch YouTube and text her friends. When she is older, she wants to attend UCLA and major in law to become a criminal defense lawyer or detective.
