GIRLS TENNIS: Asserting their dominance in every aspect of the game carries Van Nuys to a victory.
The Van Nuys Girls Varsity Tennis Team won their last home conference match of their league season against Reseda High School on Monday, Oct. 30.
“The game was a great way to end the season,” said Varsity Captain Nithya Ravichandran. “Our team this year has been closer than ever, and we all motivated each other to do our best. The girls really put their all in the games and I am so proud of them.”
The Lady Wolves traveled to Reseda High School for their last league game as they dominated the Regents. Van Nuys would produce aces from the start and slowly dissected the Regents with their forehand shots. Reseda would be unable to return the serves and forehand shots throughout the matches played.
