The bottom line | On Monday, Oct. 13, the Wolves’ volleyball team played against the Canoga Park Hunters, losing with a final score of 1-3.

Highlights|

  • Middle-blocker Ailana Tsybikova (#24) got an insane single block
  • Outside-hitter Lucea Barte (#22) hit a deadly spike cross-court
  • Defensive specialist Alexxa Munoz (#33) ran hard for an amazing dig that saved the point

What’s next | The Wolves are tasked to battle the San Fernando Tigers at an away game on Wednesday, Oct.15.

Team thoughts | “The varsity team played really well, but it was their nervousness that got to them,” freshman Angela Dizon said.

Our thoughts | As it was the seniors’ last home game, waves of supporters filled the stands until the game started. An energetic atmosphere from family and students filled the court every time a play was made till the very last second.
