The bottom line | The varsity volleyball team had a matchup against the Panorama High School Pythons on Monday, March 10 and won with a thrilling score of 3-2.

Highlights |

  • Junior outside hitter Daniel Vishnevskiy (#6) head topped one of the opponents extremely hard causing the ball to fly over
  • Junior outside hitter Aidyn Kinchen (#17) kept his composure even when under pressure putting up points with his spikes
  • Vishnevskiy got a harsh hit to the face but stayed fierce and kept on with the game

What’s next | The Wolves’ next match will be an away game against the Verdugo Hills High School Dons on March 13.

Team thoughts | “Honestly I wasn’t happy with how we played,” senior middle blocker Jonathan Perez said. “I know we could’ve done way better, it wasn’t our best game. We could have communicated better but overall not too bad.”

Our thoughts | Even with minor injuries and a close game, the Wolves excelled in their game against the Pythons with a great win.

For the books |
