The Julefest Parade includes floats, marching bands, horses and classic cars, as well as an opportunity to meet Mr. Claus in Solvang Park from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. 1630 Mission Dr., Solvang, CA Nov. 24 – Jan. 6
