The ball is passed to girls basketball as they start their season
The girls basketball team is starting off their season this Friday, November 18, against La Cañada at home. JV will play at 3:00 pm and Varsity will play at 4:30.
The girls basketball team is starting off their season this Friday, November 18, against La Cañada with a home game. JV will play at 3:00 p.m. and varsity will play at 4:30 p.m.
Students are invited to participate in two competitions to encourage school spirit. Pizza will be provided for students who cheer the loudest, and they are encouraged to join the shooting contest at halftime for free Van Nuys girls basketball shirts and full pizzas.
Admission is free for Van Nuys students with school ID and anyone under the age of 13. Adult tickets cost $5.
