The softball team has been stuck in a transitionary period only having gotten a coach in March when P.E. teacher Fernando Fernandez, stepped in.
As a result, the girls have lagged throughout the entire season, struggling for runs. Despite starting off with two wins against Robert Fulton College Preparatory School and Reseda High School, the team went into a tailspin, losing 11 consecutive games.
Standings after the season show the team ending with an overall record 2-11 and the lowest ranking in the Valley Mission League.
