Why it matters: The Drama, a movie you can only watch once, by A24 has such a creative feel to it. Starring Zendeya who plays Emma and Robert Pattinson who plays Charlie. The movie’s cinematography is beautiful and if you watch other A24 movies you can see the same themes throughout. Their movies are usually more of an indie aesthetic but this movie has a chic feel to it, which I feel that Zendeya and Robert Pattison are such good faces for.

The moment: My favorite moment in the movie would have to be the wedding scene. The energy is so intense that you can feel it in the theatre. Every bad decision everyone had made is revealed at the wedding scene. Especially Robert Pattinson’s character Charlie. When that moment is revealed, you can feel the second embarrassment but it’s still a very entertaining moment to watch.

Bottom line: The movie is a hard watch but it entrances you into its cringey moments. The movie is so realistic and comedic in the way people react to finding things about others. I feel as if the supporting characters were very unlikeable, but Emma was the true star of the movie. I recommend this movie if you like A24 movies. It’s a true 10/10.
