Throughout the 21st century, female artists have made history on Billboard’s charts printing their names alongside iconic records. To celebrate the 25 years of great music that has been shared since the 200s, Billboard has released its ranking of the top 100 Women Artists so far this century. 

Claiming nearly countless wins on the dozens of rankings published by Billboard, Taylor Swift has been named as the 1st Women Artist of the 21st century, ranking based on performance on the Billboard 200 album chart and the Billboard Hot 100 chart, in which she had dominated on both. She is followed by Rhianna, Beyonce, Adele, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, P!nk, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys in the Top 10.

After 22 years, a sequel to the 2003 version of Freaky Friday, called Freakier Friday, starring Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis, is currently in the works and will be heading to theatres this year. 

On Disney’s Youtube channel, a trailer was released on March 14, 2025, the trailer follows Anna, played by Lindsay Lohan, and Tess, played by Jamie Lee Curtis, once again experiencing another body swap adventure. This time with Anna’s daughter and step daughter swapping bodies as well. leading to a double body swap. Original cast members such as Chad Michael Murray, Mark Harmon, Christina Vidal Michell, Haley Hudson, Lucille Soong, Stephen Tobolowsky and Rosalind Chao will return as well. Disney confirmed in October that Freakier Friday will be released in theatres on Aug. 8, 2025.
