TRUTH MATTERS… Donate to support excellence in student journalism
During lunch on Friday, Feb. 14, our school held the Hearts Day Festival in the quad, bringing an exciting mix of treats and surprises.
Students crowded around booths selling everything from cute bear plushies to fresh flowers, picking out the perfect gifts for friends and crushes. The smell of freshly baked cookies and brownies filled the air, while bottles of strawberry milk and ramune drinks kept everyone refreshed.
The booths were decorated with hearts and festive touches, setting a fun and lively vibe.
Adding to the atmosphere, the song “Love.” by Wave to Earth played in the background, making everything feel even more special.
It was a great way to break up the school day and spread some Valentine’s Day cheer. The music in the background added to the festive mood as couples exchanged gifts, whether it was a small stuffed bear or a handwritten note.
The festival wasn’t just about buying things, though– it was also about enjoying the company of friends and soaking in the fun vibe as students gathered around booths, chatting and laughing.
