Annual College Fest at LAVC approaching

Los Angeles Valley College will hold its annual college fest virtually to help students with the college admissions process.

Los Angeles Valley College, in partnership with Local District Northeast, will be holding its annual College Fest Saturday, Sept. 12 from 9 am to noon live on Zoom.

Students of all grade levels are welcome to attend to learn more about various colleges throughout the country including University of California, California State University, California Community College, private colleges and out-of-state schools, and meet with admissions officers.

There will be a number of workshops including ones on the application process and admissions specific to CSUs and UCs as well as general information on financial aid, test prep and understanding highly selective admissions.
