This week’s trending sound of TikTok has been GloRilla’s, part of jorjiana219’s new song ILBB2.

The line originally being “They say shoot the shooters, Duke Dennis what’s up with you?” has been manipulated by over 250,000 people so they too can shoot their shot on some of their internet crushes.

Duo has been revived!
@duolingo y’all really think i’d let a cybertruck take me out? #duolingohasrisen ♬ shes back – mouralynn💐

After about three weeks of Duo, the Duolingo owl, being dead, on Feb 25, Duolingo’s TikTok released a video showing his revival with the caption being, “y’all really think i’d let a cybertruck take me out?”

A video posted by Duolingo on Feb 26 discussed how and why Duo did it. It talked about how Duo’s only two goals in life, getting people to do their lessons and to be recognized by hit pop artist Dua Lipa, weren’t being fulfilled, so he devised a plan. He worked together with Duolingo’s CEO, Luis von Ahn, to fake Duo dying at the hands of a cybertruck, blaming it on the name Jimmy so many people could speculate which famous Jimmy it was without someone truly being at fault. He even killed off all his friends, including Lily, the purple headed emo, and Falstaff, the anthropomorphic bear with a blue scarf, since they were being asked too many questions.

However, in the end, the plan worked. Duo was noticed by Dua Lipa and many more people did their lessons, so in Duo’s head, his ‘death’ was a huge success.

Alabama Barker and Bhad Bhabie

Bhad Bhabie released a response song to Alabama Barker’s diss track on her from a few weeks ago, keeping their feud going.

Bhad Bhabie, a long time rapper and internet personality, and Alabama Barker, Travis Barker’s daughter who’s also an influencer, have been having issues with each other ever since Barker had an affair with the father of Bhabie’s child, Le Vaughn. They’ve been throwing a couple shots at each other with Bhabie making her single “Mommy Mode,” the first in two years, with a couple indirect shots at Barker but nothing serious occurred until Barker released “Cry Bhabie.” The diss track was against Bhad Bhabie disproving talking a lot of trash and denying many of the allegations.

Three weeks later, on Feb. 25, Bhad Bhabie released a clapback called “Ms.Whitman” with her not only talking about the allegations but bringing in new ones like how Barker may have slept with a big bulk of NFL players as well as stealing fellow rapper, Latto’s flow and beat. Nothing but a couple of TikTok’s from Bhad Bhabie promoting the song has been released since but many fans are now invested in the drama.
