One key unlocks all in “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms”.

Based on the classic tale by E.T.A Hoffmann, the Disney fantasy and adventure film will premiere in theaters on Nov. 2.

Young Clara seeks to retrieve a valuable gift given from her late mother, which is locked up in a box. In order to claim her gift, she must find a key that remains in a mysterious and magical parallel universe, where she is widely known as princess.

Accompanied with a young soldier, Clara embarks on a journey through the four mystical realms: the Land of Snowflakes, the Land of Flowers,  the Land of Sweets, and the unknown fourth realm where all trouble lies.

Co-directed by Joe Johnston and Lasse Hallstrom, Disney’s holiday film stars Mackenzie Foy as Clara, Keira Knightley as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Helen Mirren as Mother Ginger, Morgan Freeman as godfather Drosselmeyer, Jayden Fowora-Knight as Philip and Misty Copeland as the Ballerina.
