Those Who Can’t Filming

TruTV makes its way to Van Nuys High School to film for their returning comedy, Those Who Can’t. Those Who Can’t follows three dysfunctional teachers, Loren Payton, Billy Shoemaker, and Andy Fairbell, who struggle to make it through each day at Smoot High School. The main characters will be played by creators and executive producers Adam Cayton-Holland, Andrew Orvedahl and Ben Roy. A couple of notable actors have made appearances on the show, including Pat Oswald and Henry Rollins. The third season started filming at in July at Van Nuys High School and will continue until Sep. 1. One of the crew members, Jeremy, said that Van Nuys was the best location for the budget and functionality. The newest season will air on truTV on Oct. 6.
