Jimena Martinez, a freshman, is part of the journalism team at Van Nuys High School. Outside of journalism, she likes to go out and enjoy nature. She also likes dancing to Mexican music. Jimena is more of a reserved person, but once you get to know her she becomes social. She is still trying to decide what to do with her life, but plans on being the first person from her family to go to college.
