What’s next |
After a blowout game against Del Oro following substantial losses to both Verdugo Hills and Hollywood, the team will have to overcome their inconsistent performance so far and really put in the sweat and tears to beat Panorama High at home on Sept. 22.
Team thoughts |
“We really put up a fight — gave it our all.” said defense player Nasim Abdul-Malik. “In the last game I really felt like we gave up, especially towards halftime. With this game I’m sure we are ready for the leagues, but we do have to stay humble.”
Word on campus |
“The team has improved a lot since their last game,” said Danielle Quesada. “I remember thinking during halftime that we are gonna win for sure.”
