Baron Kim, Staff
An avid korean drum player, Baron Kim is a news and features writer at The Mirror. He is a junior in his second year of journalism. He enjoys playing the drums, trying new food, and watching sci-fi shows in his free time. Outside of journalism, he is involved in JROTC and National History Day. He plans to pursue a career in cybersecurity.
Haik Ushaglyan, Online Editor-in-Chief
Haik Ushaglyan, a senior, is an Online Editor-in-Chief for the second year of his time with The Mirror, the award-winning student newspaper and website at Van Nuys High School in Los Angeles. He is very interested in biology but plans on pursuing a career in law related to the medical field. If he could go anywhere in the world, he would want to visit a rainforest. The first ones that come to his mind are the Amazon rainforest and the Daintree. His favorite movie is “Stand by Me,” a movie adaptation of a Stephen King novel that conveys a strong sense of friendship and adventure.
